HID Should I covert?

Hi
I am thinking of doing an HID conversion on my low berms and my fog lights.
Is it safe on the OEM components?
What should I look for in a good quality conversion kit?
Recommendations on kits and parts?

I believe it was these guys I had talked to, a while back. Their kits seem to be of very high quality and they know their stuff.

I eventually replaced the car intended for the conversion with the MX5 and its previous owner had already converted the lights.

As long as you've got properly aimed projector housings, there shouldn't be any issues.
