Ebay HID kits are all over Ebay for only $31 dollars including shipping.
I bought this kit for my low beams(H7) and they look pretty damn good. The guy originally sent me the right bulbs but I accidently broke them. Hahaha, anyways, I told him and he sent me two more bulbs for free just for a 5 star feedback. Pretty awesome.
You have your choice of any of the bulb types for any light/car. Either fog lights, low beams, high beams, whatever. Your choice of color also. Anywhere from 3000K to 30000K. They work very well, look good, and are a quality product. I suggest anyone looking for a low cost solution for HIDs, then go with these. The ONLY drawback is that they take 10 seconds to heat up to full brightness. Which isn't bad really, just a tiny drawback.
Anyways, the kit comes with:
Ballasts x2
Bulbs x2
Zipties
3M tape x2
2 year warranty!
Everything you need to hook up the HID's.
