hid bulb?

Anybody know what bulb our cars use? Some one said h4 but sylvania says 9003 I'm confused as to which i should get. And I tried to use the search button but it said nothing matched description? I think I broke it

And are the 55w too bright? I'm probably just gona get the 35w but anything is better than what it puts out now

H4 and 9003 are the same thing. A 55w HID bulb would be too bright. Stick with 35w HID's...oncoming traffic will thank you
