Supposedly adds 100hp, anyone try it, or know of anyone with it, is it worth the cost they charging for it?

If not check out thier website http://www.hiboost.com/

Uhhh ya... Theres a ton of people on the boards that have it. Try a search theres alot of info.

hmm, i seem to remember hearing something about this....apparently this guy thinks if he adds a turbo charger to a car it'll increase power. I just bought the "Tornado" for $49 and saved myself all the installation costs.

The "Tornado" rocks pretty hard, but the real idea is to get more air through the motor, right?

Try installing a Tornado before your intake manifold and then after your cats; that way you're really forcing the air through the motor.

im running the stage three tornado system, one right after the filter, then one just b4 the intake manifold, then the third (this is where ya see the real gains) right after the exhaust manifold to help force that air out of my hi-flow 2" exhaust (laugh)

o s*** no way, just order mine. dynoed it today and got 103, i will post my new results in a bout 2 weeks, o man cant wait for this

man, you guys are brutal to the newbies! There is a forced induction section area on the forum. Check it out. Lots of posts in there for sure.

Welcome to the forum!

(lol)(rofl)

great googly moogly, you guys are harsh. But a quite appropriate and prophetic welcome to the forums.

btw, if you don't do searches for your questions before you ask them, you will get something with the word "search" in it for your first reply just about every time.

You guys gotta be careful when dealing with these newbs. When I was 16 and had my first car, a 96 dodge neon, I asked a similair question about a certain cold air intake (Iceman system, very very popular among neon guys) and was told if I went to autozone and bought a cone fliter and replaced my panel filter (not the airbox itself, jsut the filter) with the cone filter, I would get gains equal to an iceman for a lot less. So I did it. Ran if for about a month until someone from the forum saw it on my cardomain page.

Gawd I used to be such an idiot.

Seriously though, the HiBoost is a great kit, and Juan (builder/designer/tuner of said kit) is a great guy and businessman. Your other options are the Mental addiction motorsports kits and, of course, the brand spankin new WOMP supercharger kit.

my tornado was so powerful that it knocked over my trailer :(

Are you serious? if so that sucks...but really, this was the funniest thing to me when I first read it, and so very appropriately placed....sorry if I am laughing at your misfortune..it was the wording, not the fact that you actually had your trailer blown over.
