hey ppl, i just got my pro 5 a week ago...am i the only female????

Is it a rough shift or grind? I'm thinking synchros? Not sure though...

so no answers about my 2nd gear issue huh??? *sigh* i just dont get it. its the only rough shift i got. from 1st to 2nd.....i mean am i missing something?

its just a rough shift...doesnt grind....its like im not shifting at the right RPM but i cant seem to find the right one. does that make since? its like its jumpy....

In Feb 02 the tranny was revised with beefier shift forks and some other parts. I replaced my 02 tranny when it blew with an 03 and it was a little tight and bumpy getting into second sometimes. It is a common thing I have read on the forums if that is what you are experiencing. I use Royal Purple Synchromax tranny fluid and it seemed to smooth it out unless I just got used to it.

doesnt shudder/vibrate but its just jumpy?? maybe thats the word.

Here's a link to the P5 fitment guide on Konig's site. They have several black (more gloss than matte though) styles. Personally I like the reasons, trouble, tuner2 and unknown models.

BTW the car looks great. Your rims look like new, my fronts have bad curb rash

ok well mine is a 03 and its not tight but its a little bumpy if you mean bumpy as in jumpish maybe??? its like when i go from 1st to 2nd and then let off the clutch its jumpy....make since???? does that help???? i will try the Royal Purple

Well you can have fogs with the MSP lip, just not the stock pro5 fogs. A few members with MSP's have fogs as well, you just have to get a bracket set and pick out some fogs you like that will fit.
