hey guys. i drive a 2006 mazdaspeed 6. bone stock. i love it. i have already ordered corksport turbo back. 80mm. so im hoping a good sounds. but now for intake. i really want the hks racing suction intake. but they only make one for the mazdaspeed3 and cx7. but i think the cx7 is same engine as the speed 6. please help or anyother intake suggestions. also i was looking at the cobb turbo inlet..? so any ideas would help i really want the most power i can get. thanks

The Speed3 and Speed6 have the same engine, not sure about the CX7, but the problem is fitment, the engine bay is different with the Speed3, and the Speed6.

get a cobb turbo inlet and intake

The Mazda cx-7, speed3 and speed 6 all have the mzr 2.3 disi engine, so actual engine parts are swappable but they may not fit depending if they are attached to the actual body of the car (such as FMIC's).

The HKS suction intake may be nice, but keep in mind TIP's and intakes fit the best when they are of the same brand, meaning you should/would probably have to look around for an HKS TIP or mix and match brands. I don't even know if HKS has a TIP for our engines...

To be honest, for quality and a perfect fit, pick up both the Cobb SRI/TIP combo and you'll be more then happy. I've got a video of it with the forge BPV if you'd like.

Thanks guys I'm gonna go with the cobb sf intake and turbo inlet. I hope its a noticable amount of power
