ok so when u first drive the car it takes off great. Then after the car warms up the car will stumble at about 3to5 rpm then take off. I have the upgraded smic, intake and exhaust, i have a upgraded turbo to intercooler pipe but still the stock intercoller to manifiold pipe. I dont know if the car needs to be tuned our if i need to have the reflash done. Has any one had the same problem.

I have this same problem. Between 3k to 5k RPM it sometimes will accelerate kinda slow and then after 5k it will take off like a bat out of hell. my car will slam me into the seat and the the boost doesn't change, it stays at 6.5psi.

I have almost the same mods also. I also have a split second AFC (uninstalled) I will be installing it soon. The AFC will for sure get rid of the hesitation. Not sure about the weird acceleration after 5k RPM

try new plugs first. also what are you getting for vac readings?
