I think he does have the bump stops in the rear, you just can't see them in that pic because it's too much of a close up. I think that the spring for the MP3, P5 and ES are the same. Not a huge difference in curb weight. About the alignment issue, after the install, an alignment should be done. But, it all depends on if you want to spend the money and time re-aligning every time you raise and lower your car after that. From my personal experience, I saw it as a waste of time and money to keep getting alignments, I was always playing with the height on my previous cars and had
no major tire wear on either car. Others will say "yes", have one done every single time, so it's entirely upto you bro. You can find some addition information on

They're very simple to adjust, it takes about 30-45 minutes to adjust the height precisely. After the initial install, depending on if it was done by a shop, the height should be perfect at each corner. From there, you can just count the rings as you lower it and make sure it matches each side front and rear.
