I have a 2003 protege Mazdaspeed and hooked up a turbo timer and now evertime I turn left the car Dieand sometime turns back over and sometimes just here a clicking noise under the dash on passenger side took the timer back out and still didn't fix the problem please help !!

obviously is hooked up wrong..

You should in my opinion remove it and leave it out.

Liquid cooled turbo is not in need of a turbo timer, it's mostly junk on the dash without purpose.

I did I unhook it and it still doesn't start do you think I need to have the computer reflashed

No, I think something was cut or you blew a fuse when you were installing this.

Ok I think one thing was the security as to why it's not starting back but I'll see what I can figure out
