help with lug nuts!

i was wondering if i could use these lug nuts on my stock oem wheels 2002 protege 5 chrome wheels.

i understand i have read the warning on that page i am asking if it would be safe to use still.

I vote "no".
It states right in the warning NOT to use them on factory wheels.
