my guy has a 626 and just recently it started shaking really bad at idle. and when you put it in drive it shuts down. we got it to run and it sounds like a really cheap motorcycle please help me out.
Sounds like it's not running on all cylinders. What year model is it and what motor does it have? Was there any signs that something was going bad before it did this? Misfires, stumbles, hard to crank....
A bit more information is needed. IE, Is this model v-6 or a 4 cyl.
My first guess would be either the ditsy with the integrated ICM (Ignition Control Module) although your description of what the car is doing sways me away from that being the cause of the problem.
Id check for compression across the board, but please get back to us with more details about the vehicles power train. Auto or Manual.
