HELP!!! What is this part?

I have spent the last 2 hours going through the mazda2 parts book. For the life of me I can not find this part. Anyone know what it is called or petter yet have a part#? Its the black plastic peice at the end of this yellow line. Top Right corner....

Torn off by rocks from road racing? Both of them are destroyed on our B-Spec car, it doesn't seem to affect anything I have noticed. Check in the section of the parts book for the wheel well liners.

It is there for wind noise I bet, pull it off and see what happens when you drive it.

Yes its a useless part but mine is dangling after I ate a cone last event. I need to buy a replacement clip to hold it in place. I would remove it but don't want anyone to contest my car at an event. So I figure buy a clip for it and call it a day. Its in neither of the above catalogs. it sits just on front of the rear wheels.

It looks like it protects against small stones and water etc, who knows.

I should have a clip that will fit. I'll check the size of it and put one on the side for you when you drop by next week..
