help me, which is better?

depends what you consider "better".VTA will give you more of the traditional BOV sound, but you'll run rich between shifts, possibly backfire etc.
Re-circ is how the car was meant to run. You won't hear as much "psshhh" sound but the car will be happier running that way. In the long run I think you'll be better off running it re-circulated.

Damn that's rich. I think the VTA is out of the question. Thanks for the post.

Strange they work for me. Anyway it's before and after Mustang dynoes showing a 25 hp drop due to VTA.

STi has this same problem but, its even worse. Guy did a before and after and it was near a 40 awhp drop to VTA.

Its VTA normally but, they make kits to make it a recirc. I believe Crossover Auto sells both the Greddy VTA and Recirc and the HKS SSQV VTA and Recirc kits.

yea im gona buy the kit and run recirc, i dont wana **** my car up. it stil makes bov sound rioght jsut not as loud. cp-e site has the kit

Yeah it should still make some sound. Adding a coned CAI or Short Ram intake will also make a "blow off" sound even with the stock one.
