Yeah, hard to do much with a cell camera. I had to shoot it manual and then do a bunch of tweaking in Lightroom to come out right cause otherwise the camera doesn't know I'm actually trying to take pics of the lights and instead sees that it's dark out and tries to make the whole photo brighter so it gets all washed out.
