Help me diagnose power window problem (with video)

My drivers side window stopped working the other day, i bought another switch but this didnt seem to fix the issue. When i pressed down the the window button i can hear this noise coming from the window motor. Please help if i need a new window motor.

The best way to know is to verify that your switch is outputting 12V DC when it is pressed. If it is, then in all likelihood, the motor needs to be replaced. (But check wiring connections, first)
