hey guys, I'm looking for a 2003 P5 in the dallas - ft. worth area to buy. Also I am a service advisor for Classic Mazda in Denton, TX and we have 2 mazda senior master techs who are awesome guys and an abundance of knowledge and always willing to answer off the wall questions. I'm new to the forum scene but hopefully I can be of assistance to some of you. Just give me a shout, and is there a spot on here where people are selling there cars?

yeah if noticed about 5 thread down from this one i had posted pretty much the same damn thread but i change the title and now some attention. Is it that obvious that i'm totally a rookie at this. oh well, gotta learn sometime

Ask your techs about re-programming/re-flash the P5 ECU to the MP3 ECU specs...

sorry man, the mazda computers aren't capable and will only allow you to do updates, as far as changing it to the mp3 specs the only way would be with an aftermarket programmer. Let me know if you got any other questions, one of my guys is a 15yr veteran and always willing to help!
thanks man! Yeah ebay doesn't have s*** right now, i'm watching autotrader daily, and i'm going to look at one saturday that I found on craigslist. Let me know if you stumble across anything in my area.
I found mine on Cars.com try there too~the one i got off cars.com was the only one with leather being sold within 500 miles of me at the time and having a 5speedi lucked out
