Help identifying strange sound

My car makes a rhythmic rubbing/scraping sound when I drive that's proportional with the speed I'm driving, not RPM. It seems to be coming from the front end of the car, but it's not clear which side. It even causes a slight vibration, and is worse when I turn right and better when I turn left. I have tried spinning the wheels off the ground but can't hear the noise clearly.

I have recently finished a lot of maintenance on my car, and I still haven't fixed it! It's driving me crazy!

These parts have been replaced:
CV axles
Tie rod ends
Front sway bar end links
Front brake rotors, pads, and hardware
Front right wheel bearing (just the bearing itself, not the hub)

A mechanic told me my front right wheel bearing was making a little noise but the left one was fine, so only the one side has been replaced.

What else could be causing this noise? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

sounds like drivers side wheel bearing just by saying

"is worse when i turn right and better when i turn left"

meaning when you turn right the weight is mostly on the left wheel bearing.

to verify (since your pass side wheel bearing "is" for sure good)
lift the front wheels off the ground start the car and put it in first gear and "CAREFULLY" let the clutch out and let the wheels spin on their own.
Be VERY CAREFULLY(i say this bc its better to do this on a lift) and get under the front end with a stethascope and touch it to the front hub

if its bad you will hear a loud hum/scraping noise.

if the noise is constant and it gets worse with speed, and it changes when you shift the weight of the car back and forth i can pretty much guarentee youll find that the drivers side wheel bearing is trashed.

Without the right tools and help I don't think I'll be able to test it like that, but with 120k on the bearing and a new one + oil seal for $30 on rock auto I'll just go ahead and replace the driver's side as well. I've had several people tell me that now, and it's the only thing that makes sense to me despite what the mechanic said. I'll just have to find some place with a press when it comes in... I'll provide an update soon. Thanks!

Update: replacing the wheel bearing fixed the problem! I guess I just got some bad advice before...
