help ...!!!first time oil change after 2500k miles!!

today i just changed my ms3 oil after 2500k, after i checked the oil stick, it was like lil bit lower on the min, it aint supposed to be around max??? or this car need 5.6 bottles?? i only put 4 today..!!!any opinions will be greatly appreciated!!!!

go look in the ******* owner's manual before you start posting bulls*** and saying people are wrong.
It says 5.7 liters(6.0 quarts) if youre replacing the oil filter as well.

Look in the back, I looked at mine before posting up. It's in there, in the specifications section.

6 quarts of oil = over-fill

5 3/4's is just perfect.

Don't go by the dipstick, if that's how you came up with 5 3/4. It reads notoriously high in this car. Just dump 6 quarts into the car if you're changing the filter and be done with it.

2.3 is the displacement of the engine..total capacity of the combustion area. Has nothing to do with oil capacity.
