New guy here. Boss gave me this '88 626 Turbo, guess he was tired of seeing it sitting at the shop. It's been sitting for quite a while (the 'current' tag expired 6/03) but is in decent shape. Interior is an eight out of ten, almost perfect considering its age. Very straight body, slightly faded paint. Turbo is shot, looking to rebuild. Was initially going to scrap it, but I have kinda fallen in love with it. Hope to have it up and running soon.

I have an 88 model as well but it's a sedan, not a hatchback. I got it in pretty much the same condition yours sounds like and I slowly invested time in fixing everything. Car runs great now. The cool thing is that parts are super cheap for these cars nowadays,

These are brilliant cars! And in the hard to find hatchback configuration! Do take care of this car. It and the MX6 GT are certainly two cars to behold. I used to have an MX6 GT myself. I miss the torque of that single cam 2.2 turbo motor.
