Wow, how long have you had the car? It seems all the plastic pieces (intake) and the rubber hoses are all detailed. Not to mention your valve cover have no grease on it. I'm 100% jealous about your cleaness!

It's pretty much the same thing: People that you don't know, and that don't know you, see your license plate. No big deal.
jliao: Just spray it down with Simple Green, hose it off after the S.G. soaks in for 15 min or so, then towel dry whatever water you see on it. It oughtta look great!

Good question. I have a few thoughts and all of them may be retarded;
If you had access to plate numbers and matched up the car in a parking lot you would know what to steal from me and where to get it.
Also with the plate numbers you may very well be able to access personal information through the DMV or something.
I honestly don't know but I have a close friend going through a horrible fight to get his own identity back. He currently has 4 cell phones out in his name with thousand of past dues, hospital bills from different states, and 3 credit cards that he's never seen before in his life. I guess I rather be cautious considering what I've seen him go through related to personal information.
I have you to thank considering you helped me install the Leather that took 12 hours with a few food breaks. Hell, we both had our hands cut to shreds after that. Thanks again Witchdoktor! And don't you go posting your car showing me up now!
This is another option. I don't do that because I'm scared to death of getting more rust than I already have on the bolts. I just used a tiny bit of Wet tire spray on a towel and rubbed like crazy.

There are places that some of us have accounts at which you can look up license plate numbers and get registration information along with a whole slew of all kinds of stuff once we figure out your name. I've personally found out whos truck it was when some dipshit threw a coke bottle at my car going down the highway. His truck was later taken care of at his residency at around 2am.
