hearing a thumping noise in the front

I got a set of Tein Basic Coilovers on my 04 Mazda 3 HB, and when i am driving down the road, i can hear a thumping sound... It sounds like its coming from the front left side as you sit in the car. Has anyone had any problems with coilovers on their mazda 3s'??

check your swaybar's bushings... that may be your problem.

Yeah its always a noise when you hit bumps... When i first had the coilover installed it never did the noise until now after i had replaced my motor mount.. Could it be another mount went bad??

if you feel it a lot when you shift it could be a mount, if its more of a clunk and metal sounding and happens mid way into a turn its your sway bar bushings. if those springs arent seated right onto their seat on the coilovers they could also be sitting at an odd angle and cause the noise.
