headrest size

Can someone please measure one of your front headrests. I am looking to replace my MS3 headrests (they are not easy to find) with Mazda3 headrests with LCD monitors. If someone could post the width and the height of the cushion part, and the distance between the centers of the metal polls.
I will post my measurements in a bit....

I have a '07 iTouring...

At the top of the headrest it's a hair over 7" wide.
At the bottom it's just a hair over 8" wide.

And from top to bottom it's about 8" in length.

The inside of the polls is 5 1/2" and on the outside it's just under 6 1/2"

The headrest is about 4 1/4" thick at the bottom and about 3 3/4" at the top.

Diagonaly it's about 10 1/2" (in case any of you were interested.)

**I said mine was an iTouring because I don't know if the leather changes things or if they have changed from year to year... hope it helps.

Great, looks to be the same, my main concerns were the bottom (due to the speed having "humps" on either side), and the poles. The look to be the same, the measurements I got are similar. Thank you for helping me out.

Just FYI for everyone, my car is a 2008 Mazdaspeed3 sport. I will post pics after I get the headrests and install monitors. Looks like the largest I can fit are 6.5" lcd monitors. I then plan on supplying video from my 3rd gen Ipod Nano.
