headlights leaking

is that stuff like a caulk? i didnt really wanna take them apart again, it was a big mess and pain in the ass. i was thinking about going around the cracks with something like that to make sure

When i put mine back together.. I pressed them together as hard as I could... then put them in the oven.. then pressed them together even harder.. and screwed it while it was still warm. Before I heated them I couldn't completely press them together.. so if you kept them slightly loose and screwed them together, you may not have completed the seal. Try doing that hairdryer idea.. and then see what happens. If it gets moisture in there again you're probably gonna have to re-bake.. possibly even re-glue

i think i might have had the screws in the wrong place the first time i baked it to seal it, im gonna just try to bake it again tomorrow

sounds like a bad seal.

the civic and suburu guys who black out the housing also have similar problems.
