Headlights?Again

I am probably going to do this, because if i mess up it is easily fixable. I am thinking of painting my headlights my midnight blue color, to match the car, do you think this would look gay, or should i just leave them black? I guess if i mess up I can just repaint them. What do you guys think?

thats funny, well not really, but i have done it twice so far on my other set of headlights, and my girlfriends 6. I usually turn it to about 250 for about 3 min and its pretty good. All have to ost some pics when i'm done.

yeh my friend ****** up his eyelids too... make sure u either take off the eyelids.. or be prepared to buy new ones.

are the headlights hard to re-aim when you put them back in and do you have to take the bumper off to do it?

yup there is a how to to do the headlights, the aiming part i would think would be the same since your mounting them back in the same spot, and there is no reason to mess around with the aim.

x - i didnt **** up my eyelids. i said i had to purchase eyelids to cover up my **** up. who would attempt to put the eyelids in the oven with the headlights?

I think the midnight blue would look good, I was going to dot hat exact same thing to mine but the paint I ordered didnt come in for a long time and most of us in AZ did ours at the same time, so I did mine a mica black and it looks awesome.

If you have eyelids, like i did, what you have to do is do the headlight at about 190 degrees for about 10-13 minutes, i did that and the eyelids were fine and the headlight pulled right apart.

Actually I baked my headlights with the cf eyelids on and had no problems.
