Headlight Removal

I need to take my head lights out but I'm unsure of where the last few bolts are. I see the ones on top but what about underneath? How would you get to them and how many are there? I'd imagine you either take off the inner fender wall and/or the front bumper but I'd like to know if I only have to take the fender wall out, or even just pop a few and reach in to get the bottom bolts. I have tiny hands/arms so reaching and squeezing around is not an issue for me.
