Headers for P5

Any guesses on how much of the gains are for removing the cat(s) and how much of the gains are for the headers?

i have the racingmazda header and i have the second cat still.
it just removed the frist one.it was good for 12whp on my car and the differance is like night-n-day.also i have all o2's hooked up and the egr and the circut to fix that damn cel light.

Did this header bolt to the stock midpipe or did you have to fab something for it to fit?
Did it provide bungs for both 02's and the EGR valve?

it does have a EGR port but its not faced the righ tway the EGR pipe connects at an angle on teh probes so the EGR woudl have to be modified.
