I'll go ahead and update this since I've had some street and track time on these pads now. Compound is identical to the DTC30 according to the vendor. Minimal noise on the street, though when they get real dustry they will squeak. Dust level is fairly high. Cold stopping power is very good, no worries about a sudden surprise during street driving. They bite very hard, but also have good feel and modulation. Only time I locked 'em up was literally the second brake application when bedding them in (they bite much harder than the stoptech pads they replaced). On track there was no fade, and pedal feel was consistent.
Compared to my previous favorite pad, the ferrodo ds2500, they have better cold bite but more dust. Overall I think it's just about a perfect pad for someone lazy like me that doesn't like swapping pads out for track days. Unless I switch to r-comps or really start tempting fate with late braking I doubt I'll ever need anything more agressive than this.
Test vehicle was my n/a NB1 on 205 rivals.
