I've seen a number of threads w/ some users claiming to have experienced hestitation, again. So if your car has been flashed, has the hesitation returned? Thanks.

Yes, but it seems to be amplified by raising boost.

My hesitation was fine, but at 10PSI or more it seems to have returned. If I go down to 8 it's not there anymore.

Now that sounds like the pipe expansion explanation of it. With hard pipes this supposedly goes away.

Heres something interesting, have someone else rev your car at idle and put your hand on the plastic piping, (if the engine is warm but was driven off-boost it won't burn your hand) you can feel the the expansion of the plastic pipes.

For some reason i can hit 5 psi in neutral and you could really see my pipes expand.

.. Has the hesitation RETURNED?

Ha! That's a laugh. Mine never went away in the first place.

After getting my MSP flashed, the only difference I noticed was that it didn't stumble as noticably through the revs. I still experience a bomb-out in power after 4000 RPM or so, and I do still feel some stumbling in acceleration until I get there -- though, admittantly, it's not as bad as before.

But, yeah. Maybe I can vote when my hesitation goes away for a FIRST time ..

I'm with GaBerry - mine never truly went away. I can't figure out why it has cured some persons hesitation but not others. If my hesitation ever goes away, then I'll vote I guess.
