Has Anyone Had to Replace the Coolant Elbow (Turbo)

Is it called the water return elbow. I seem to have ripped mine today. Had coolan shooting out of it.

That's the one. Ever since I bought my car (2nd owner) I smelled coolant. I finally found the pinhole leak when I was tearing out the intercooler pipes, for a blown LSD, as I was inspecting the rest of my car. $70 later...coolant smell and low coolant levels solved!!

I am from Allentown. I am the only yellow one here. I have seen a blue one and a silver one crusin through this area also. I am the only one with the reverse cowl carbon fiber hood I have seen so far also

A couple years ago I went to a meet and ride with a mediator from this website...the one with Kermit the frog as an avatar....we met in philly...he has a Turbo Miata....

My car has been down for about a year now due to a blown LSD. Still trying to save money for a Welded LSD, Lighten MazdaSpeed Flywheel + Silicone Vacuum Lines

Owning a house and having to remodel it is killing me right now. Next month, I'm planning to purchase these parts and install them!!

You have probably seen me passing through the area from time to time, I saw a Yellow Msp about 2 years ago on rt309 the one night, maybe it was you?

You can get to all the parts catalogs / screens / and mazda motorsports competition parts lists by racing for mazda motorsports. Plus you get the parts for essentially dealer cost. The water return elbow mentioned above is only $39.29. Another example of the pricing is a new lsd diff is only $346, a throttle cable for my miata was $100 through the dealer - I got one shipped to my door for $58.

Autocross, time attack, drag race, ect. twice a year and send them the results. It doesn't matter if you win or lose they'll hook you up. If you get serious about ANY form of motorsports and get into points contention for the season you can also get contingency money - sometimes it can be a pretty big amount of cash too. The only thing that has kept me from getting contingency in the past is that you have to run a windshield banner and some pretty large decals. Not my style, but I'm warming to the idea.
