Had it a week, now its a bit ruined

It's hard to find an unadulterated picture of this but father-in-law is convinced he needs to upgrade his F350 to a F750...

Here is base.... no way of telling him this is overkill... ok.. you do need a 1 ton truck but this is so over the top with a "dump" bed.

His draw dropped when I told him I could tow up to 2K lbs with the CX-5... "How is that possible?"

During an interview with Dave Coleman (Mazda Lead R&D Fungineer), he jokingly says that just because it could doesn't necessarily mean one should.

+1

Some things are best left aside to maintain family civility... it's their money to waste...It is hard for me to relate to since my side of the fence didn't grow up that way. It's a distorted wealth I won't ever easily understand

Got the CX-5 back today, finally! Took 3 weeks due to parts on back order (front bumper). In the end its new:

-Front bumper and accessories
-Front grille
-Rad
-AC condenser
-AC/RAD housing and elements from front crash bar
-Rear bumper
-Rear crash bar
-Trunk lid

-Minor repair (not replacement) of hood

Fair play to the repair shop, it looks as good as new. Now to try and enjoy it for a few months. I will be selling the Mazda earlier than planned as I received an email last week telling me my Mustang will be here early (in June!)

Shiny new rad pack :)
