h7 adaptor question

i'm curious...does the H7 adaptor come with this 55w/35w kit, slim or regular ballast...?

also, can the regular ballast be mounted underneath my headlight?, i have an 08 speed. and last question....can i just get the 55w plug n play kit without getting the harness/relay?
yes i've been doing ton of searching and most people say it's ok, but others say to get harness.....

The HID kit for H7's should come with the adapters needed. Both my kits did.
