gt3076r runing as of 9-28-07

the car is new. how about wait for some other company to produce a suspension? Im just tryna save you money pal no need for attitude. If you wanna buy the autoexe, its not my money.

I'm just saying my friend, instead of JUST saying "autoexe sucks" why not provide me with some awesome alternatives that I can thank you for and spend my money on?

the car isn't THAT new, it's been out for 2 years now.... it's already October 2007... these cars were available for sale since like September 2005, or am I misinformed?

That's 2 years... the MS3 is out for 1 year and already has as many if not more mods than the MS6.

Besides you're the one who said I could find it cheaper..... so why don't you show me the way, I teh grasshopper would like to learn from teh master (mj)

On a serious note the ONLY suspension I've heard of is supposed to be a TIEN... would I would definitely pay for, why? the EDFC..... there is NOTHING like being able to change your damping set from the inside of the car with the push of a button.

ALAS......... this is all pointless, because the autoexe isn't even for the mazdaspeed6 yet either, anyway...... :( so there is NOTHING for my car....

Koenig's Mazdaspeed6 am cry :'(

MS6Mike,

About how much did the entire clutch job run you? IE, approx cost of installation/labor?

This stock clutch scares me causes I know it will go prematurely.

Thanks.

I'm only saying I think its the flywheel because when i had my mustang, I had a spec clutch put in and I left the stock flywheel and I would get alot of shaking when disengaging my clutch. I had the flywheel resurfaces and the shaking was gone.

Koenig: Im just giving some advice. Seems like autoexe is always charging more for everything they sell then most other companies. I dont know of any other suspensions out but If I wanted a suspension like that I;d wait and see what else is on the market.

i would like to know how much a clutch job for our car was too that way there i dont get burned having it done somewhere... also...mike u shouldve replaced that flywheel.. u might want to very soon before u have pieces of the stock one everywhere... not saying that the shop was wrong just in the long run itll save u alot of money.

Trust me man I know, I understand what you mean, I'm not knocking you for your advice.... I know autoexe is expensive as hell, I don't plan to buy anything of theirs short of unless I win the lottery. I'm just saying if you know of something else I can feast my eyes upon, or a company that can make a customer suspension setup for cheaper than $2,000 I would appreciate you sharing (naughty)

For the record I'm remaining hopeful that TIEN develops that full suspension I heard a rumor about, cause I would love to use the EDFC to adjust damping from the inside of my car (rockon), where most other suspensions require you to use that little clamp tool and turn through the "clicks" to adjust your setup.

What I want to know is mike's driving style......... Mike do you engage the clutch, shift the gear and disengage it, all in a fast sequence?

do you always drive like you're in a hurry or do you "chill drive" ?

The reason I ask is because my buddy has a stage 3 clutch from uh..... i forgot who.... some company, it could be ACT it could be someone else. But anyways, after the first 100 miles he figured out how to engage it smoothly and his car never felt rough or jerky when riding in it. And I ask because, even though I haven't driven a stage 3+ yet for our cars, it does say that it has streetable driveability.......(dunno)

So i'm just curious how you drive..... like for example I only drive hard and fast when I'm in a hurry (i.e. late for work)

Otherwise I like to chill drive and just do slow smooth driving and engages.... that's why I always like to be last in the "line" when everyone follows everyone else, or the last to roll up in the gas station or starbucks, when everyone's already parked and turned off their cars.... cause it's just a waste of gas to be zooming around all the time.

Mike my car will be done this week and we replaced the flywheel...Ill let you know ASAP if I have that problem...if not then you should definatley replace that flywheel.

Hey i think we should all ease up and let mike finish his "me time"........ after he returns from teh bathroom we will all know the wonders of his SPECtacular clutch ;)

the car will shake when the clutch is new! it normal dint worry after the brake in is complete then the vibrations will go away! the clutch is easy to drive around city traffic once you get used to it! the car holds so great under WOT when shifting it grabs the next gear instantaneous. its a great product my car has been slow so i have not been able to test the limits!

I had this too. You also will need to adjust how you engadge the clutch especially with a stickier plate.
