Ya like this morning for example...I paid a guy $30 to change my head lights to the clear corner ones....took less than an hour. What's another $30 in my life, Christ! I even gave him $40....Ya I'm a broke ass though. It woulda taken me forever doing this myself.....so instead, I paid and I'm enjoying my espresso right now and writing non sense.

so hows everyone who is boosting their MSP doing it. How do you set a EBC to boost so high then hold steady at whatever PSI you predetermine?

well another thing about doing it yourself....what happens if something breaks while youre out in the middle of no where. knowledge of your modifications and what not could end up saving you big time.

it's simple really.

you buy a car that should be modded with intentions of modding it because your capable of doing it.
if you need to pay someone else to do it then it's not worth the time.if something goes wrong then chances are you have no clue what it is.
......you should just buy a car thats more capable from the start.

you can't be proud of something that someone else accomplished,all you did was open you wallet.(back braking I know(pow))


I can say this with full cofidance since I am one of the guys you and people like you pay to do it.

I was just saying I dont care that I dont install much on my car. Blkzoom is cool in my book. I like having shops do the work on my whip, so if something goes wrong I can b**** at them.

why is this so important...who gives a **** if you pay someone or do it yourself...Me,if i got the money ,I`m more than happy to pay one my friends to do the work for me and I seat around drinking a cerverza and talk s*** as they work on my car(great feeling)....I`m capable of doing all kinds of mechanic work ,I just dont choose to not unless I really have to(when broke)...so big deal ...people can do what they want and how they wanna do it ...what about all this rich people that mod their rides;they dont s*** themselves...they pay.SO WHAT`s the difference....stop ******* HATING and lets get back on track here fellows....GT25R real potencial that`s what this thread is about.

I'am really Impress how you guys worry and argue about the stupedest s*** i've seen, who give a damn ass about doing it yourself or no ? most of the people including my self know how to do all kind of s***, its just about not feeling to get your freaking hands dirty or just don't have the time like in my case i work 13 hours a day. don't have time at all, respect don't got s*** to do here. Damn people stop bitching others and complaining about others, if your've done everything to your car, good for you man. gosh.. you people don't live your selves and let others lives...... this Thread is about something else, not to b**** others.

i changed my clutch today, and heck, i wished i had paid someone to do it
i'm so ******* sore!!! is all about saving money, no?

SO Daniel, how's the Clutch Doing ? i hope you putted the preassure plate also. what else you did to the car ? did you try the clutch ?

two clutches is a cake walk(espectialy if it's on the same make/model.)

I know what you mean....I'll pay someone but I keep track of everything and always lend a hand for my own good. I always get my hands dirty and I document everything. Weird things have happened on the road and I managed to fix then myself...I always keep whatever tools I have in my trunk.

Knowledge no doubt but how will that help if "oh yes my knowledge tells me my LSD is broken" or " Hey, I'm pretty sure I blew my motor".

I have Corksport 2.5" Port and Polish downpipe, and i' am going to get a better exhaust than the peace of s*** i have. I was planing of getting ProtegeGarage 2.5" Midpipe, and Greddy SP2 Cat Back Exhaust, Vibrant 3" Downpipe back, or the CorkSport 'Power Series' Exhaust System with the CORK SPORT 'Power Series' Exhaust Silencer, Apex Exhaust,
what you guys think? i'm doing my turbo upgrade to accomplish the 400whp i want ? I'am open to any ideas. I just don't want a crazy ass loud exhaust. i always loved the Greddy SP2, i have a friend who has one in a MSP, and it sounds just amazing. and its very quiet with the same performance.... please i need some advice.. the only thing that the GREDDY SP2 are 60 mm piping.. s***, i don't know what to get..

I think you gonna spend too much for what you want. Its easier to just go with a 3inch custom turbo back exhaust and done.
