GT worth the extra cost? Having a hard time justifying it

I'm with Steve 9 months and 10,500 miles love my 2014 GT AWD

The only ting I really miss from the GT is the intelligent key, especially now that it is -15C and I need to take off my thick gloves to reach in my pocket for my keys. Here in Canada, the GS (mid trim) comes with a few extra perks the Touring does not have also (if I remember correctly, least of which is the heated mirrors, correct me if I am wrong). So I am quite happy.

I'm at 13,200 miles on my '14 GT w/tech, and honestly my only complaint about the car is that the seats are ridiculously uncomfortable to both me and my wife. I'm a pretty big guy, and she's a petite woman, and neither of us find them comfortable. We did one 500 mile road trip, and both felt crippled when we arrived. 100 miles at a time is about the limit.

I'm at 27,000km on my 2014 GT w/Tech and I love it. My only complaints are as follows:
-Bluetooth in general is very poor. (slow to start-up, 2 second music lag, texts from iPhone doesn't work, etc) Mic and connection/quality are great though.
-Nav safety mode is very annoying. It should at least have been linked to the passenger sensor so that my wife can enter an address while we are driving. Work around is to have lots of favourites.
-I'm not a fan of the speech commands or that it tries to tell you all the commands unless you press the button twice. I use Siri for anything I want to do with my phone and type in addresses for the Navigation.
-I wish it had memory settings on the seats as my wife is much shorter than me and I can't even get in the car after she has been driving.

After 27k I average 9.5 L/100km with fairly aggressive mixed driving.
