GT Audio Screen Setup

I am new to the Forum, having just purchased a new 2014 Mazda CX-5 GT here in Canada.
I noticed while trying out and getting to know the Vehicle and the different features this model comes with , when I press the setup button while in Audio display, I have the Display....Sound and Language tabs lit up, but the Vehicle and Reset Defaults tabs are dimmed and not available?
Do I have to take it to the Dealer to have these programmed for use?

It means the car is in motion. Those settings can only be used when the car is not moving

No, the vehicle is stationary with the engine off....start stop button in accessory mode?

Start the engine. It has to be running, but can't be moving. Well, on mine it works when I'm stuck in traffic at very low speeds too (like under 10 kph)
