This is what the vacuum process looks like. The fender Isport posted earlier was just a test fit. Just to see if any changes were needed to made. This one in the bag is the first production fender.

Look like that one may be mine then... need to cut out the hole for the side marker on that one :)

I would, but the fenders have to match my hood. I need matching mis-matchedness...

I'm sorry, but I missed something. Why wouldn't you want blue/carbon weave hotness? You'd have a very limited production piece in limited color for what I think be a winning combo.

The fender that came out of the mold pictured above was nearly perfect. We have everything dialed in for production now, but keep in mind it takes time to layup properly for the process. We do not want to rush anything while doing this. Please have patience......as we do not want to ship anything out that does not meet our standards.....

the vac bag looks good fellas. what are you using for a vac pump? venturi?
and what did you end up going with for a layup process (core material, # layers...)

This is true, but my hood is just plain-jain carbon fiber. I think it'd look better if the fenders were "plain" cf like the hood, trunk and splitter as opposed to blue weave cf which, though sexy, wouldn't gel with the rest of the cf...

EDIT: I misspelled "Jane", LOL.
