GROUND WIRE VOLTAGE STABILIZER, opinion

You can make your own and not have to pay 25 dollar shipping. There's a how-to in the how to section on the boards.

For what it's worth....I bought one. worst....upgrade....ever. The car should already be properly grounded. I got no gain in anything, but who can tell for sure?

I don't know, man. As an electrical engineering student, I have to say that I highly doubt the ground is in need of "stabilizing".

actually, the stabilizer hooks up to the battery directly..so in theory, it could do some stabilizing, but i've aks guys who've tried it and they say they've not noticed anything different...one gy says he installed it because he like the "light show" under the hood????

Is it worth to buy??

I've not seen any credible evidence that these things do anything useful on a car with a working electrical system. However you might want to occasionally check that the main ground from your battery to the chassis isn't corroded, loose, or otherwise compromised, because if it goes, you will definitely start having electrical problems. If you do find a problem with the main ground fix it there: clean off the corrosion, tighten connections, or replace the cable.
