it rock steady because it uses a dual solenoid valve unit rather than single solenoid units. the dual solenoid allows more precise control over boost pressures and cuts down on the wear and tear. on a single solenoid unit, the one solenoind would have to cycle twice as fast to manage the boost pressure the same way a DSBC (dual solenoid boost controoler), im sure you can tell that 2 is better than one
$325 is about the typical rate for a black case Profec B. goe w/ the black, not the colored cases; the colord cases are hard to read the lables at night time AND the day time.
Plus you can adjust how FAST or Slow you want the boost to rise w/ the "balance" knob. i like the low and high presets, very cool. One preset for whoopin ass on the street, and another preset for whoopin asss on the track. if you turn it OFF, you can revert back to stock boost levels.
