so i bought this whole hiboost turbokit snd hand from NIV on here.
really good guy and really good deal !
he was running the haltech but had a greddy emanage blue 2 that he was planning to put in since it was better for 8psi of boost and less complicated...
i have Both harnesses and the boost sensor . and the softwar and all to!

so my question is " how the heck do i wire that :S:(
anyone can take me under their wing to lead me true the steps ?
thx :)

#1 - do i need a driver to connect my emanage to my laptop or just the standard software cd is supose to work...
when i plug mine in the computer dosnt read it and a red light is lit on the emanage.
i have a usb to usb cable.

#2 - where to adjust the lil roulette behind the face cover? its a snd hand so i dont know if its been played with or not.

on their website theres a manuel that tells a bit but not enough to do it all by ur self.

thx :)

PM HondaEat-R, he might be able to help you, but he switched to SSAFC and never looked back. hell probably tell you that

ok cuz i will only run 8psi o boost so i dont need a haltech or what ever , i want the piggy back to keep a descent gas mileage 2!

keeping good mileage is all in the tune. if you arent a masochist, you should just get a split second AFC and run that

well i just tied 5gs in my car and i dont really want to spend more ... i have a haltech F10 that came with the kit but the previous owner sent me in the emanage direction. thats y he bought it bu never got to changing it.

youll find a lot more help getting a haltech device to work than the emanage. try taking that approach. why wouldnt you want to run that anyways?

i dont know haha ,,, been told the emanage is better overhall. im new into this turbo /engine management branch

im not familiar with a lot of the haltech setups, but isnt that a full standalone whereas emanage is just a piggyback... doesnt it sound like a standalone would be better than a piggyback?

humm i really dont know haha ! i do know that haltech is a standalone and the emanage is a piggyback.

i feel like putting a rag in the tank and lighting it... damn engine management... such a headache!!! :(

heres a second hint: look at any "what EMS should i use" thread and everyone will say if you can spare the scratch get a F10X and be done with it.

im sorry im not a pro on standalone stuff or id help you more, but from what i recall, everyone loves the F10X and everyone hates the emanage.

My Emanage Blue worked ******* perfectly sometimes....and really badly other times. Go search google for Mohd Parts (something like that) and they should have all manuals and software / firmware updates. I know for a fact that people on here have run Emanage Blue flawlessly, but you need to get ahold of them first. You have to do goofy s*** like solder a 1k resistor in the MAF wire, run a 02 voltage clamp, blah blah blah, and then tune huge ass tables with tons of resolution. IDK man, why not run the SSAFC ? It worked awesome for me for a while, but I'm having some issues now, very possibly unrelated to the SSAFC though.

Uh oh. Looks like Mohd Parts is gone....probably got sued.

haha , well thx for the reply.
i jammed the haltech f10 inthere and tuned it via BOSBOX with windows vista. working really good , tiny bit hard on gas but not alot more than stock.

Mohd didn't get sued, they changed site and the way they were doing business, I think he dropped Emange support/sell for some reasons.

F10 deff. better then Emanage , good move.
