Only adds to the notion that Evo owners have inferiority complexes and think their cars are the s***. Most vette owners, on the other hand, tend to be older, more mature and less inclined to prove to the world how fast their car is and more inclined simply to enjoy arguably the best car america has ever built.

Don't get me wrong... I love Evos as much as anyone. But let's be honest. They might as well sell them at Home Depot with the amount of tools driving around in them.

Yea that's a solid point but the Vette's have the same amount of tools riding around in the trunk even if they are worlds more fun.

yeah.. the punisher takes on all.. i'm sure there are plenty of evos out there that can beat it... but they better have their runnin' pants on, doc!

i've ridden in some fast corvettes, two i built the engines for... they can be real street bruisers. the trouble was getting them to hook up... i remember a guy who had one done by john lingenfelter (sp?)... jeez that car could really move. it didn't matter what anyone did to a mustang, they were going DOWN.

I think it's a fantastic picture simply because of what domestic guys typically think of imports. I love to hear guys ask a evo or sti owner "did that wing come with the car" or " that things only got a 4 banger right?" then when they find out how fast the cars are their jaw usually hits the floor. I personally found it kinda funny. cant take it too seriously though or ya end up getting kinda defensive like some of the guys in this thread...ehem...chico...ehem. they are friends and it was a joke
