I bought the Medieval name about a month ago. The parts manufactured are Medieval. Dark Alliance Motorsports is another company name I'm starting. This is for tax and legal reasons. To make it short, one company sells to the other and never makes a profit (tax shelter). This is what my accountant is setting up and says is best. The stickers are just the company name.
