More than likely everyone will probably see the water pump pulleys next week. Just be patient.

Ugh, that ALT pulley is impossible to install... I tried installing it with the alternator still in the car, and there just wasn't enough room to work with... I removed the alternator from the car, and tried using a wrench... no luck. The an impact wrench... no luck. Then 3 guys, and a 4' breaker bar... no luck. Pulled out the torch... no luck. At this point, im ready to go buy a new alternator and call it quits.

The nut is on very tight. You need to use somethng to hold it from spinning. I used an offset box wrench from the bottom and got the nut loose. Use an impact wrench if you have it out.

Very is an understatement... Ive broken 2 wrenches and a socket trying to get that bolt off. Nothing I have thrown at it yet has been successful. I'm going to give it one more shot today, so we'll see. I have honestly NEVER had this much trouble getting a bolt of an any car I've ever worked on. I'm honestly amazed how tight that pulley is on there.

Its just because you've never played with your nuts before lol, I know from experience that the end links are WAY easier the second time around:) I have yet to try this so called alt nut yet though, I hopefully shal see later this week.

Is it a left hand or right hand threaded bolt? Maybe you are torquing the wrong way!!

lefty loosey, right tighty for the ALT nut.

I used a strap wrench to go around the pulley to keep it from spinning while I hit it with my impact gun. And the same approach to put it on.

did we get any pic of the ps pulley with the 5 hole design???

I'll snap some pictures when they are back from the anodizer. I had 1 person get mad at me and do a dispute with Paypal because he saw the ALT pulleys as they where being made and not anodized and thought that was how they where going to be. Somewhere in his mind he thought that they where going to be polished aluminum. So after dealing with that mess I won't post pictures until they are complete.
