got rear ended yesterday..pics

I was trying to turn into the highway yesterday and out of nowhere this 2005 white F-150 rear ended me. I just got my rear skirt painted a few weeks ago. My mazdaspeed is sticking out a lot.

Mine look like that but on the other side.. I got hit at a stop and he was going 45 and stoped when he hit my bumper ....It did not look bad intill I saw the BILL ouch it was 5000+ and all covered by the guy ..It needed a trunk lid, a trunk , a frame adjust and a new rear bumper and the little parts ....

Mine was hit with a guy going 40+ and i was fully stopped and yes insurance fixed the car...but i am still not fixed...have to go see and orthopedic surgeon for my shoulder next week .....

hope you are ok and that the car is fixed quickly for you .

Damn that sux, but I guess the insurance HAS to pay for your personal injury.

yeah, they should...eventually. I got in an accident where I was not at fault and was injured last october, and im STILL waiting for my money. Tied up in that is $8,000 worth of medical bills, $2,000 in lost wages, and more for other stuff...it takes FOR-EV-ER

yup they do....but still doesn't help the pain i have on an everyday basis...thats why im an advocate for anyone that was in an accident to get checked out right away as well as a follow up. they thought my pain was muscle related but over 7 months later my muscles are strong and i still have pain....

Well, at least it was only a 'love tap'. Everyone's heard a million times about mine : $6k in damages, no medical though ( I didnt see a doctor or claim anything ) even if she was going about 40mph and I was going no where fast from a stand still when she hit me. Felt like a Mack truck for about 3 days, but since I'm used to the abuse, I didnt go see a doctor. Hopefully I wont be paying for that years from now. At least you are unharmed, the car looks fine except for a ding and a few scratches and it's driveable.

I hit an Altima at a stop sign doing maybe 5mph. She needed a new bumper cover which was $400 painted and installed. My car needed a new hood, bumper, ac condenser, radiator etc etc...the bill was $5000..I take it back on Monday to finish the paint. I was worried they were going to total it.
