We ended up crossing the bridge over into MD, buying it in gaithersburg. It was the last day of the month and they were eager as hell to sell that night. We called up around 5pm, first contact, and gave them the "ultimatem", saying we wanted a P5 now! We'll be up there tonite!
I ended up getting a 2003 Yellow with:

(came with the rack)

ABS & side air
5spd
paid $17,100 OTD, saved the $ from the processing fee. Ended up getting a damn ticket coming home for not having any stickers :bs:
David Ryan Browne is an awesome salesman at Brown's. He had salesmanship down to an art- knew every nut and bolt on the car. I regret not buying from him
