Got my AUTOEXE carbon fiber Rear splitters - Need some help

:
Mazdaspeed 6 GT
One problem one of them is not curved enough the left one. I dont see how I Can put it on without making the bumper push out and the rear exhaust black piece to push down.

It sucks You put both pieces side by side and you can tell one of them is not curved enough in the center where it mounts to the body.

Anybody know if you can bend carbon fiber? Heat it up etc

carbon fiber is what it is.. theres no reshaping it.. i'd contact your retailer to see about replacing it

I got it on but you can tell its a little crooked.. Never thought AUTOEXE would have a flaw :).. Cost me like 670 bucks I guess I will drive it like this and when I get my rear bumper redone I have a minor ding in it I will get the bodyshop to try to fit it better.

It came with 2 kits of install parts so If I take it off I can re-install it Im sure a body shop could do more to get it to fit better on the left side.

i would be pissed if my little piddly part that was stupid expensive didnt fit.
just saying.

lmao nice one man.. If there are replica ones I might order a set too just in case something happens to these.

i know right, would would u post a thread about bad fitment on a part and only post a pic of the good fitting side?

Nothing ever fits like its suppose to.. I for one will never again pay outrageous amounts of money for a part like that and I will also never buy anything carbon fiber.. I had a carbon fiber hood on my Prelude and that thing was more pain that it was worth..

Wow that looks sweet... $670 doesnt sound sweet at all though, kinda sour actually, lol. They looks really nice especially since you have a WWP... WWP + CF = sex

If there is a production defect in the part AutoExe is really good about fixing it. See if the company you purchased them from will get it exchanged out for you.

What company is it that makes the replica ones ?? Links please !!
I really like these and the other AutoExe parts but refuse to pay the money, I am pretty certain I can make a replica fit and look just as good as the real deal.

those are pretty cool but 670 bucks those would have went back it the fitment was off. you pay good money for good product. maybe they'll still correct the problem even though you installed them.

so how bout some proper pics?
