So im driving today and I got on the gas in 4th or 5th gear and at about 5k my engine sounded like it shut off for a brief second. after that happened I knew right away I got fuel cut! I have never had it happen before. Could it be because of my new ETS TMIC or that the weather up here in north dakota in 14 degrees right now?!?!? but now that this happened what are some precautions I should take and/or investments?

Yeah, it's the cold weather, get into the throttle a touch slower and you can avoid the spike that caused the cut. Seriously, get that dashhawk now. It should be mod # 1 for this car. With airflow mods you can be running dangerously lean or have low fuel pressure and not realise it until the engine puts a leg out of the bed.

It's both. Your combination of mods and the cold weather is causing fuel cut. I was waiting for this thread haha.

Agreed with Vader, get a dash-hawk.

^ awww! I will next paycheck. Im gonna buy it as soon as I wake up wednesday! lol But honestly I wouldn't know what numbers are good or what.. someone want to help me on that?

If your WOT/high rpm FP drops below 1600, you got pump problems and need internals. AFR targets should be no higher than the 11.5:1 area at high load WOT. That should help you get started.
