Here is the deal. I put the lines on my car about 1 1/2 months ago. They didn't fit because the bolt on the stainless lines was too deep and the lines wouldn't seal. Yay. So I have to return them for the engineers to look at them. I say okay and I assume they will return them to me within two weeks. Did they? No they didn't do s*** and they haven't done s*** for the last 1 1/2 months. I have finally been calling them and badgering them for a month now and they just sent them out today. Can you believe that? All I asked of them was to periodically call me or email me with any updates as to when my lines will be coming back to me. Could they do that? No they didn't do s*** about that either. It's not like I'm hiding from them. I gave them my email address and my phone number and they couldn't do this for me. I sweat to god I will never buy one of their products again. Their a company full of bumbling morons that have the IQ of chimpanzees and the DMV-style customer service. :mad: :mad: :mad:
