good or bad luck

I just got my windows tinted, when no more then five minutes after a mini van pulls out in front of me and "smack" we hit. The car looks totaled. But that tint looked perrty sick.

First a car cut me off in my msp. TOTALED (time owned 9 mths)
Got the ms3, had it for almost two months and this s*** happens.(time owned 2 mths)

Its a mazdaspeed not a mazdamagnet

Dude, sorry to hear that. Only got my MS3 a week ago, hoping to get my windows done next week, can't imagine how crappy that feeling must have been. Sure it's still stinging. Hope you get back into some sweet wheels soon and manage to keep it straight for a while next time!

bad luck meaning as soon as you modded you get hit, or bad luck meaning that you put on tint and you couldn't see the van coming?

i feel the worst time for me to get hit or get in an accident is right after i get the car washed. im never worried about bird s***, im just worried about my newly cleaned car getting smacked

I think neither, I think he's referring to have gotten two Mazdaspeed vehicles that have been totaled in a short amount of time, hence Mazdaspeed vehicles bad luck? LOL...I just think its a bad coincidence. I had two wrecks in one year, both cars Mazda 323's and almost identical style accident of me T-Boning some idiot lady not yielding.

well in that case i have a mazda track record that is less than par, and a windshield record that has been 0 for 5 or 6, and sometimes multiple times per vehicle

the miata i had eventually died via alternator problems, also the previous owner had done an sri but it must have been a DIY because he stuck the inlet air temp sensor directly in the K&N filter. i also did several tire replacements in that miata due to low pros blowing their sidewalls out on hidden potholes

the second mazda i had got totalled by someone making an unyielded left in front of me, that was my 07 mz3 gt sedan. loved that car and made me want the speed.

so i guess im really just waiting to see what happens with this one and what the reason will be for getting a new car after the ms3

It could be worse. It must be thirty years ago now, but I will never forget the poor bastard I saw with a new TransAm. He was lying across the hood crying. Someone plowed right into the front side of the car at an intersection. It still had the sheet in the window (back in the day when they didn`t remove it automatically at the dealership). He was young too. Probably his first new car.

(sh) it happens... at least you are ok!! it could always be worse, etc. etc.

i had a sweet luv truck... all primered, getting close to paint, 305HO out of a camaro... nothing fancy but it was getting there, for sure. just got the tailgate smoothed out, handles shaved the week before, and just finished up the rebuild on the entire front suspension late one nite, driving it to work the next morning, a guy pulls out in front of me on a thoroughfare and stops... never looked. i never even had time to hit the brakes. hit him right in the drivers door at about 35-40mph.

total loss. wrapped the entire front end around the engine, but i must be an ok welder, the engine never moved! after i nailed the poor idiot, his car is still in drive so off he goes, hits another car, then creams me in the bed on the way back around.... nice.

my poor dead truck... oh well. snatched all of my parts that i could salvage, then built another one off the insurance pay off.

Black cars are our bad luck. All our other cars in other colors never got hit ONCE. Every one of our black cars keeps getting hit or damaged. Maybe people really can't see the damn things in that color. It would make sense that I've never been pulled over in any of our black cars, only in the other colored ones. The cops can't see them either. lol.
