Good Cell Phone Solution?

hey everyone,

i did a search about this, but couldn't find much...hopefully this isn't a repeat post...

Anyway, does anyone have a good solution for storing cell phones? Mine either ends up on the floor out of reach, or in my pocket where I have to fumble around at often inopportune times...i've discovered that the ashtray is removable, so recently I've been stashing my phone there, but at night the little light is awfully distracting..

Does anyone have a good way of securing a phone, that ideally does NOT require using sticky tape or anything semi-permenant?

You guys (and girls) are the best! thanks for your help

Matt

put it in the ash tray and turn your phone light off... when i had a skinnier phone i put it where the navigation s*** should have been... now i just put it in the cup holder...??

oh that red light that comes from the ash tray... mmm.... you don't have to many other choices besides getting a blue tooth unit and just stowin the phone in the center console or something? unless you want it hangin off of the dash of course.

Same for me. He said he has Nav, though. Nav=no long skinny tray

If you don't want to buy one of those little brackets, I would use the cup holder in the center or the map pocket in the door.
The phone doesn't need to be on display, cuz you shouldn't be talking and driving at the same time, anyway.
