Good auto glass shops in Austin

Looking for a good auto glass shop in Austin or Round Rock. My windshield got hit by a rock this morning. Didn't see any crack at the time, but when I got out of work it was fairly large. Anyone know of a good place in Northwest or Northeast Austin, or RR/Pflugerville?

Thanks.

what do you consider good?

my girl's P5 had a broken windshield and i had longhorn glass (N of 26th st on I35) replace it
decent price and she's had no issues
it was done last year as in almost a year ago...?

That's an excellent question. Looking at my insurance policy it seems as though my deductible is high enough that the entire cost would be out of pocket. As that's the case, criteria for a good auto glass place are (in no particular order):

1) Customer service
2) reputation
3) affordability
4) warranty

I'm less concerned with location if I can find a place that will stand behind their work and not close up shop next week. Of course I don't want to pay through the nose, but if there are options for better glass than what comes from the factory... I might consider that.

My wife works for an insurance agency in Austin, and they recommend Safelite. When my Expedition's (now traded for the Mazdas) windshield cracked, they came to my work and replaced it. I had no complaints with them.

Good deal. I'll check them out. Thanks for the tip.
